Rocktech offers semi-customization solution including interface, FPC, backlight, open frame, touch screen, cover glass etc.
Tooling charge (NRE) depends on the specific customization requirements from customers.
For custom projects, the typical MOQ during formal MP is 1Kpcs/lot, but it may vary depending on project specifics. We would support a pilot run order with any quantity for a one-time pilot run.
The lead time for custom TFT displays samples generally ranges from 4 to 6 weeks. A detailed delivery schedule will be provided after order confirmation. Expedited options are available upon request.
Our customization process follows these steps:
• Design Approval and Prototyping: After finalizing the design and the drawing is approved by customers, we proceed with sample tooling.
• Sample Testing: If the design revision is required, we support retooling until the sample is formally approved by customers.
• Pilot Run Order after Sample Approval: We support pilot runs without quantity limitations (5 to 500 pieces), but this is offered only one time. This is a special support to help customers verify mass production smoothness and reduce risks.
• Mass Production: After the pilot run, customers must meet our MOQ requirements
